10 year old Mabel Beverton hosts a family fun day and craft event to raise money for Water Aid.
Mabel who put together the event has set herself a target of £1000 and plans to do other events in the year to achieve this.
There will be a mix of local handmade goods, a ‘tea room’ to refresh yourself and in the garden a selection of kids games, face painting and a bouncy castle. There is also a raffle which consists of a mixture of lovely handmade gifts kindly donated by local crafters and chocolate from some local supermarkets.
Tickets for the raffle are just a pound and it’s free to come along and join in the fun on the day.
The event is at St Matthew’s Church Hall, Tarring Road, Worthing from 11.30 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday May 10th.
Proud mum Zoe Beverton said: ”It would be lovely if people came along and supported her goal.”
