Chatsmore schoolboy lands role in ‘Game of Thrones’

Worthing schoolboy Brenock O’Connor has landed the role of a lifetime in the multi-award winning HBO drama series ‘Game of Thrones’.

The 13-year-old Chatsmore Catholic High School pupil attends The Theatre Workshop Stage School in Brighton, where he has been taking classes in performing arts for the past three years.

Brenock spent an incredible few weeks filming for the series in Iceland and Belfast. It is not the first time that Brenock has been in the spotlight. Through The Theatre Workshop, he has had roles in ‘Holby City’ and British comedy series ‘Chickens’, and starred as the Artful Dodger in the UK tour of ‘Oliver!’

The eagerly anticipated fourth series of Game of Thrones begins airing in the UK on April 7th and it is predicted that millions of viewers will tune in.
