The Persia at the Grand Victorian Hotel, Worthing present Disko Biscuits Summer Party from 8.00 pm to 1.00 am on Saturday July 19th.
Worthing based resident DJs Alex Turner and Ross Malyon and guests host a journey through the heart and soul of the party.
Disko Biscuit describe the venue, as a real find, a Moroccan lounge hidden from view, accessed through what seems a secret door. Once inside you are in sumptuous low slung comfort, washed in a mellow golden light making for a warm and intimate vibe.
In the late 80’s Ross Malyon designed light shows for The Orb and Primal Scream. Alex Turner kept the live keyboard rigs of Orbital and The Chemical Brothers in check.
Both moved to Worthing late 2000’s, and finally a jaw dropping chance meeting occurred last summer, discovered their parallel lives and shared passion for music that would form the basis of the music played at Disko Biscuit.
The Persia at The Grand Victorian Hotel is at 27 Railway Approach, Worthing opposite central Worthing Station.
