Doberman bites woman in Goring park

At about 10.00 am on Tuesday December 9th a 76-year old local woman was bitten on the wrist by a dog described as a Doberman in a Goring park.

She was bitten when she tried to stop it attacking her own dog, a Labrador, in the recreation ground adjacent to Goring Hall Hospital in Worthing.

The owner of the Doberman is described as a white woman aged between 35 and 45, with fair hair and is believed to be local. The Labrador owner received hospital treatment for her injury. Her dog was unhurt.

PC Dave Pettman said: “If you know who the Doberman owner is, please contact us via 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call us on 101, quoting serial 558 of December 10th.”
