Worthing voluntary and community groups will gather over lunch at 12.30 pm on February 3rd to share their news and explore the Worthing Community Profile at the quarterly Voluntary Sector Forum.
This is open to all voluntary, community and charitable groups in Worthing. The Worthing Community Profile brings together a wide range of information about Worthing that shows where there are needs and issues in the town (e.g. around unemployment, ill health, disability, poverty etc) which the voluntary sector is helping to address.
This information is important when applications for funding are being made as it is evidence that funders require. It is also valuable when services and new projects are being planned or when groups are campaigning for improvement or change.
The Voluntary Sector Forum is a network of groups who come together every three months to share their news and information and to hear about and comment on key local issues.
There is no charge – to book a place contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01903 528620.
