Worthing & Adur Chamber of Commerce launch another group of their successful ‘Peer Mentoring for Growing Businesses’ with a free taster session.
Peer Mentoring can offer a valuable source of support and information for your business. Mentoring is a low cost way to share the skills of business associates within your group. A group typically consists of 12 like-minded business people from a variety of sectors and skills brought together in a confidential and professionally facilitated environment.
Meeting for 3 hours monthly over a period of a year the group can build a strong bond and offer a support network with the aim of sharing skills and solving issues. For many small business owners this provides the opportunity to work in a team and realise that you are not alone or unique in the issues you may be facing.
During the year a selection of tailored workshops are specifically developed for your group depending on the individual needs and requests from that group.
Chris Moon-Williams of Relative Matters said: “Peer mentoring is giving me the skills and confidence I need to grow my business. Sessions are well facilitated and my peer group are awesome. They are supportive, constructively critical and help me to think outside the box.
I look forward to the sessions and come away buzzing with ideas. Don’t think twice about joining if you are starting or looking to grow your business. You won’t regret it.”
Numbers are limited so to ensure a place please e-mail now : email@example.com for your free Peer Mentoring Taster Session on Thursday July 18th from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm.
