The St Paul’s Centre, Worthing presents a blissful, candlelit evening of complete relaxation with a Friday Night Serenity Session at 6.45 pm on November 21st.
Life moves at an ever faster pace, bringing with it more stress, more obligations, more worries. Concerns about our health, loved ones, finances, and the world around us contribute to a developing sense of anxiety and stress, which if unaddressed embeds itself in our body, mind and spirit, and impacts our health and undermines our ability to fully enjoy life. There never seems to be enough time to recharge and relax, or we place it so low down on our list of priorities that we almost always never get around to making a little breathing space for ourselves.
So, St Paul’s invites you to join Leah Bracknell for a blissful, candlelit evening of complete relaxation, a chance to de-stress and let go of all your worries in a nurturing, tranquil environment to soothe and restore the soul, and bring you the best night’s sleep you have had all year. She will share two hours of guided relaxations, meditations, soothing gentle yoga (suitable for all) and healing breathing exercises to bring peace to your heart and soul.
Please bring a yoga mat (or thick towel to lie on), a cushion, an eye mask or scarf, and a blanket to cocoon yourself.
The Serenity Session will be working on the floor but it is possible to enjoy the practices on a chair if you require. No experience is necessary.
