Goring man charged in Christmas drink-drive campaign


Mereks Vezanz, 41, a factory worker, of Coleridge Road, Goring, was arrested on December 26th and charged following a collision on the A24 near Washington.

He will appear at Worthing magistrates Court on February 18th.

Mr Vezanz was among 25 motorists charged with drink-related offences in Sussex over the Christmas period.  In the six days between Christmas Eve and December 29th 38 people were arrested, 25 of these were charged and seven bailed.
