‘The Importance of Being Oscar’ at the Connaught Studio

 

Conn Artists Theatre Company perform ‘The Importance of Being Oscar’ at the Connaught Studio, Worthing at 7.30 pm tonight (Thursday June 19th).

The life and works of Oscar Wilde are told in this captivating one-man show originally written and performed by Micheal macLiammoir.  Featuring extracts from The Picture of Dorian Gray to the Importance of Being Earnest and De Profundis and The Ballad of Reading Gaol, all woven together in a wonderful narrative filled with humour.

The event i s part of the Worthing World of Words Festival, a celebration of books, literature, drama and the joy of words.

Tickets are priced £12.50.
