Local horse in Grand National

Locally based horse Tatenen takes his chance in the Grand National this afternoon. Trained in Sullington by Richard Rowe, connections are confident of a big run from their horse in the world’s most famous race.

Priced at 66/1 with some bookmakers Tatenen is an outsider for the National. His trainer Rowe was very happy with his last run at Cheltenham and thinks that he will be well suited to the large fences and course. He may be a big price but Mon Mome did win the race at 100/1 back in 2009.
