A motorist who was arrested in Worthing because police believed he was driving after taking drugs has been banned from the roads.
Gavin Waterer, 42, was arrested at 1.55 am on December 7th after officers stopped his vehicle in Goring Road, Worthing, and became concerned that he was driving after taking drugs.
Waterer, of Southcourt Close, West Preston, was convicted of failing to provide a specimen for analysis. He was banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay a £165 fine, £200 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
