And that glorious comedy As You Like It from Tuesday July 22nd to Sunday July 27th.

“All the World’s a Stage…”

Shakespeare’s most English of comedies is the perfect entertainment for a summer’s evening.  Rosalind, a banished Duke’s daughter, escapes with her cousin to the Forest of Arden dressed for protection, as man. Confusions and comedy begin when she meets up with Orlando with whom she has previously fallen in love.

The play moves from Autumn to Summer, from the harshness of the Court to  life in the country. Audiences will enjoy its kaleidoscopic collection of glorious characters: clowns and wrestlers, cynical old men and love-sick youths, villains and heroes, exactly as you like it!
