The driver of a Peugeot 206 car involved in a road traffic collision in Alinora Avenue, Goring-by-Sea, on April 15th has been charged with three offences of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Ross John Smalley, 21, of Shelby Road, Worthing, was at the wheel of a Peugeot 206 which was in collision with a parked Mercedes-Benz A10. He suffered minor injuries.
Three teenage girls who were rear seat passengers in the Peugeot were seriously injured. A 20-year-old man in the front passenger seat was slightly injured.
Smalley was charged today (Friday June 27th) and was released on bail to appear at Worthing Magistrates’ Court on July 22nd.
